Whether you are relatively new to Surya Namaskar, or have done them a thousand times, spend some time moving deeply into the power of the sun salutation! The Sun takes a different course at this time of the year & we are drawn into a deep cycle that is a graceful dance of involution and evolution. As the inner and outer sun changes direction we are invited into a more profound level of experience and investigation.
This class will focus on the energetic details and alignment of the physical flow through Surya Namaskar and the philosophy from which the practice grew.
